DIRECTOR’S Message

A Message from the Hearts – Dr. Nandan Kumar Sinha and Saheb Yadav
Founder Directors- RC International School,Chautarwa, West Champaran, Bihar

My dear students, parents, and cherished RC family,

There comes a moment in every teacher's life when a young mind suddenly lights up – absorbing a new idea, grasping a profound concept, or solving a challenge that once seemed impossible. That miraculous illumination is what I have witnessed for four transformative decades as an educationist, social-cultural activist, senior media personality, and above all, a fellow human journeying with you.

Education is no less than the cornerstone of human development – the strongest pillar ensuring our planet's survival. At RC International School, since our humble beginnings in 2013, we have nurtured this miracle. Our alumni are climbing ladders of success worldwide – inventors, scientists, artists, leaders, nation-builders – and I have no doubt this list will grow ever more illustrious.

But success here is never just about marks or medals. We craft an optimum blend: rigorous academics, thrilling sports (a passion close to my heart!), creativity, analytical thinking, life skills, and personality building. Above all, we instill the finest human values – compassion, integrity, inclusion, generosity. We teach not just right from wrong, but how to walk the path of virtue as ethical citizens and principled leaders.

Picture our 2.5-acre oasis – an awe-inspiring haven of architectural beauty, open spaces breathing history and optimism. From our Library and Art-Media School to the Music School, Dew Pearl's Amphitheatre, and sports facilities, every corner inspires. Our Careers Guidance team lights your path beyond school gates.

Our teachers? They are not just educators – they are mentors, counsellors, cheerleaders who live their calling, evolving daily to ignite your potential.

To our Old Boys – your happy memories, lifelong friendships, and gratitude warm my heart. You credit RC for your triumphs, and in your success, we find ours.

Our mission burns bright: Attract exceptional students and teachers from all backgrounds to serve a meritocratic India. Inspire just and ethical citizens. Train wise, principled leaders. Prepare you for one of India's strongest alumni fraternities – for life.

As I stand here – educationist, activist, media voice, sports lover, and most importantly, a human being who believes in your infinite potential – I say:
You are not just students. You are the future's architects. Dream boldly. Act nobly. Lead with heart.

With boundless pride and love,
Dr. Nandan Kumar Sinha and Saheb Yadav
